Kilogram-Force [kgf]
Kilogram-force (kgf) is a unit of force based on the force exerted by one kilogram of mass under standard gravity.
It is defined as the force exerted by a mass of 1 kilogram under Earth's gravitational acceleration (9.80665 m/sยฒ).
Mathematically:
Although not an SI unit, kilogram-force is commonly used in engineering and industries to express force more intuitively related to mass.
Example: A force of 10 kgf corresponds to approximately 98.07 newtons.
